MyCareRoute is a source-labeled public provider directory. The site does not create accounts, book appointments, collect insurance IDs, or ask for symptoms, diagnoses, prescriptions, or appointment requests.

Public provider records

Provider listings come from public source records. They are not user health records and do not imply a patient relationship, medical advice, insurance acceptance, or appointment availability.

Search and location behavior

GA4 Enhanced Measurement may record directory search terms and standard interaction data to help MyCareRoute understand how the directory is used. Do not enter symptoms, diagnoses, prescriptions, insurance identifiers, contact information, or other personal health information into directory search. Browser coordinates used for distance estimates are not intentionally sent to GA4 or advertising systems.

Correction reports

Correction reports are for source-backed directory issues only. Do not submit personal health details. Reports may include the provider page, issue type, source link, message, and optional contact email for follow-up.
