Provider listings come from public source records. They are not user health records and do not imply a patient relationship, medical advice, insurance acceptance, or appointment availability.

Search and location behavior

Search terms, specialty queries, and user-entered locations can be sensitive because they may suggest attempts to find care. The site must not send those values to advertising systems or GA4.

Correction reports

Correction reports are for source-backed directory issues only. Do not submit personal health details. Reports may include the provider page, issue type, source link, message, and optional contact email for follow-up.
