Advertising choices

No ads, retargeting, sponsored listings, or personalized advertising choices are active on the site.

Analytics choices

GA4 measures page views and standard Enhanced Measurement activity, including completed scrolls, outbound link clicks, site searches and search terms, form interaction events, file downloads, and video engagement when available. Google Signals, advertising personalization, remarketing, and user-ID tracking are not enabled. MyCareRoute does not intentionally send form contents, correction messages, email addresses, phone numbers, provider-claim details, or browser geolocation coordinates to GA4.

Correction reports

Correction reports are reviewed for source-backed provider data issues. Use the optional email field only if you want follow-up about the report.

Requests

Use the correction form for provider data issues or privacy questions. Do not include symptoms, diagnoses, prescriptions, insurance IDs, or appointment requests.
