No ads, retargeting, sponsored listings, or personalized advertising choices are active on the site.

Analytics choices

The site must not send search terms, exact user-entered locations, correction details, emails, phone numbers, or provider-claim details to GA4 or ad systems.

Correction reports

Correction reports are reviewed for source-backed provider data issues. Use the optional email field only if you want follow-up about the report.

Requests

Use the correction form for provider data issues or privacy questions. Do not include symptoms, diagnoses, prescriptions, insurance IDs, or appointment requests.
