Privacy notice.
MyCareRoute currently shows source-reported public provider records and accepts correction reports. The site does not create user accounts, collect payment details, or provide appointment booking.
- Correction reports
- Reports are sent to MyCareRoute for review through the configured ticket intake path, with email as a backup delivery path. Do not include symptoms, diagnoses, prescriptions, insurance IDs, or appointment requests.
- Analytics
- GA4 is used for sanitized pageview measurement only. The site strips query strings from GA4 pageview URLs and must not send search terms, exact user-entered locations, form contents, emails, phone numbers, or correction details to GA4 or advertising systems. Cloudflare may process traffic and aggregate web analytics for security and performance.
- Provider records
- Displayed provider data comes from public source records and is not independently verified by MyCareRoute.
- Cookies and local storage
- The site does not use account cookies or ad personalization cookies. Future consent choices will be handled through privacy choices.
- Service providers
- Hosting, security, email backup delivery, and ticket intake providers may process the limited information needed to operate the site and review correction reports.
- Retention and requests
- Correction reports are kept only as long as needed to review source data and maintain an audit trail. Use the contact form for correction, privacy, or follow-up requests.
