What MyCareRoute verifies before showing a field

The field must come from an approved public, official, licensed, or provider-submitted source.
The field must have source label, checked date, source file or import provenance, and public-display policy.
Identity joins must use exact NPI, exact source IDs, or exact source-backed fields. Name similarity is not enough.
Risky fields such as insurance, license status, hours, rankings, emails, and appointment availability are not displayed without separate approval.
